Different diets for a better lifestyle
Different diets for a better lifestyle
Today, there are just as many different diets as there are colors in the rainbow. Are they really beneficial or what do they usually get associated with? Some diets are of course related to religions, but others are related to intolerances and allergies. One good example that is fairly prominent right now is a lactose intolerance, lactose being something prominent in dairy products. I’m going to guide you through a good majority of the vegetarian diets out there in the world today and explain the benefits or the downfalls in this article!I’m going to start with Fruitarian, which is a diet consisting of mostly raw fruits like oranges, bananas and apples. There’s also Lacto Vegetarianism which is a diet that allows certain dairy products but excludes the consuming of eggs or products like cheese or any product that contains animal rennet. Basically their stomach acids to make things like cheese and other items. There’s also Ovo vegetarianism which is vegetarian which allows for eggs, but excludes diary entirely. Then to follow that in suit, there is Ovo-Lacto vegetarianism which allows for eggs and dairy, but still no meats. Then there’s the most restrictive diet of all of these which is the vegan diet which disallows for eggs, dairy or honey and anything else that is made by or from animals.
There’s also a popular one in Australia called Kangatarian which allows for vegetables but allows for kangaroo meat as well. There’s also Semi-vegentarianism which is a predominantly vegetarian diet but then allows for occasional meats. There’s also the Pescetarian diet which allows for fish, but no other meats and another similar diet called pollotarian which allows for meats from poultry, but not any other mammals. Then there’s the combination diet called the Pollo-pescetarian diet which allows for chicken and poultry.
I truly hope that this article enlightens some people on what diets are available at this point in history and also shed some light on whatever your own family members mean by the different diets that come flying out of everyone’s mouths. Expect another article tomorrow just like they have been posting! And stay green and healthy!
